First Head Sculpture

First sculpture aiming for a realistic head...
I have a hard time to say if it is good or bad, been staring at it for too long.

First shot is from Marmoset Toolbag 2 + some photoshop corrections, but nothing major. Mostly added the particles and tweaked the curves.
